As Executive Assistant to Crystal, Susan’s primary role is assisting with the development, launch and staff training of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Susan recently retired from a successful career in Human Resources having worked in the oil and gas, public and not-for-profit sectors. As Executive Assistant to Crystal and Rosalie, Susan’s primary role is assisting with the development and launch of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Using her expertise as a human resource professional, Susan is also responsible for CRM staff training, internal presentations and recruitment as our company continues to grow. She is committed to delivering customer service excellence in every aspect of our business.
Susan holds a Certification in Human Resources Management from the University of Alberta and the Certified Human Resource Professional (CPHR) designation.
Susan likes to tackle things with passion and drive … or else not at all. She’s applied that passion to many things over the years including playing tennis since she was five. Music – whether jazz, classical, or folk – also holds a special place in her heart and she’s currently a member of the Bridgeland Community Choir.

With a unique background in the legal field, Erica uses her past working experience and applies this knowledge to solve almost any issue that may arise, sometimes unconventionally. Erica possesses a strong professional and efficient attitude and she thrives on meeting deadlines as she provides full cycle accounting services to all her clients.

Janice brings over 20 years of experience in the housing industry in various roles working with a vast range of client groups in the private, public sector and First Nations across Canada. Janice has extensive knowledge and experience in working with residential and multi unit housing in the area of mortgage loan insurance, default management and real estate. In her previous role, she led teams at regional and national scope in the areas of operations; policy, product and program development and management. In her last 7 years, Janice’s focus was on working with non-profit and different levels of government agencies to develop and create affordable housing opportunities for Canadians in need.
Janice has a Rehabilitation Diploma, Management Designation and numerous courses in management and leadership, communication, strategic planning, client relationship building, client service training, industry specific and technical courses, etc. What her clients love most about her is her outstanding customer service and her great sense of humour.
In Janice’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, reading and volunteering with various local charities and groups.

In these two fields Corinne developed significant skill not only in financial services but also contracts administration, dispute resolution, and leading multiple team meetings as well as progress meetings.

In 2012, Cora earned her Accounting and Payroll Administration Diploma from CDI College, graduating with Honours. She then worked as a property accountant for a property management company. More recently, she completed the Canadian Condominium Institute’s 100 course.
Cora is very attached to her smart device, always searching something or other. She also enjoys playing badminton and watching movies. A strong community supporter, Cora volunteers every year to prepare income tax and benefit returns for low income families.
